Subject:	When I try to create a new project appointment in the project calendar, the address shown is a full X.25 address instead of an Exchange alias. The project appointment fails to update my personal calendar.

Go to Tools/Services and select the "Addressing" tab. Select the "Global Address List" in the bottom box ("When sending mail, check names using...") and press the up arrow next to it until it is the first item in the list.
