Q:   We have team members that are located in two locations. Do I need two
  instances of Project Tracker, or can I replicate an ID to another server that
  replicates with a main server.

A:  You can replicate the databases to other servers or remote desk tops If you are using R5 you can use the web.


Q:   How do we handle geographically dispersed users with Project Tracker exactly?
  Are there additional costs involved concerning additional processor licenses
  (I read the product pricing sheet and wanted to understand this point very
  clearly as it applies to us).

A:  The best way is if you have just a few users 1-4 have them replicate the databases to their laptop, this way there in no additional licensing fee. If you have 5-Up replicate to the remote server and buy additional replica licence.
