1. When using FILE->DATABASE->OPEN to create icons, the database names may not show up immediately due to the Notes Replication process. If this is the case, then type the name of the database and click the 'add' icon to create the icon on the workspace.

2. When creating replicas through DOS, the same issue above has to be considered.

3. When adding users to the server address book, be sure to add a full user name in the address book. If the full user name is not there or is spelled incorrectly, then the time card will not function as designed.

4. In the event that a recent addition of a timecard is not showing up, either refresh the view or click the inbox button and / or outbox button to refresh the screen.
