1. Go to the offending directory and right click and select properties. You should see a tab for Agents (if you don’t then you need to enable the server scripting plug in for the computer you are working on: inside of outlook go to tools->Options->Other->Advanced Options->Add-In Manager and put a check box next to server scripting and press Ok)
2. Select the script in the list box at the top of the popup and hit edit
3. hit the logs button to see if there are any log files
4. hit cancel and cancel again to close down the popup
Check the system services on the server and make sure the Microsoft Exchange Server Event Service is running. Even if it is, you should stop and restart the service. (Many times the event service will hang but does not stop or report the hang.) The items should start routing within a minute or two. If this does not help, continue with the suggestions below:
