If this option is already selected,
B. In Outlook, select File > Exit and LogOff, bring up Task Manager by selecting CTRL+ALT+DEL, click on the Processes tab, highlight OUTLOOK.EXE if it is present and click on End Process.
You should then be able to sign on to Outlook with the desired profile.

A. In Outlook, select Tools > Options > Mail Services and check 'Prompt for a profile to be used'.
