The address may be, for example,
\\ServerName\FolderName\DocumentName
or
<outlook:\\Public Folders\All Public Folders\etc.>
When you drag-and-drop or paste a document into a folder, you create a copy of the document. If a document needs to be moved, you may want to delete it from the originating location after it has been copied.
In order to do this, choose New > Project Post and type in the address of a document in the body of the post item.
