The name of the sender is based on what user you were logged in as when you copied/pasted the Tracker - Forms Routing script; log in as TrackerAdmin and edit the tracker forms routing script (modify it by adding a space and deleting a space) then save the script and it will now send the messages as TrackerAdmin.
