This is most likely because the user has not installed the outlook view control on the local client machine. This can be fixed by going to the Time and Expense desktop and when prompted to download and install the outlook view control allow the control to be installed. If the user is not prompted to install the outlook view control the process is probably being interrupted by internet explorer security settings, reverify the security settings and attempt to install the outlook view control again.
