Example: A common view is to sort by project name and then by task group. Select "Category" as the first grouping option (this assumes you have set up TrackerOffice to automatically categorize tasks by project name). Select "Forms" from the "Select available fields from" pull-down menu, then select "TeamTask" as the form. In the second grouping pull-down, select "cboTaskGroup" then click OK.
TrackerOffice uses the built-in Outlook list view options. Right-click on an empty part of the task list, and select "Group by..." Select the fields from the pull-down menus. You may also add the TrackerOffice custom fields by selecting "Forms" in the "Select available fields from" pull-down menu, then selecting "TeamTask" as the form. Once selected, "TeamTask" will always be available on the pull-down list without selecting it again. You can additionally sort the list or add other Outlook options to the view.
